Debbie Proulx

Debbie Proulx is the Office Administrator for the Londonderry office of Innovative Realty, as well as a licensed Sales Associate. Debbie came to Innovative Realty (formerly known as Don Bettez Real Estate, Inc.) in April 1984 and sold real estate competitively for approximately six years. She left real estate for four years to pursue her background as an Administrative Assistant. This pursuit brought her to a large law firm in Southern New Hampshire where she was employed as a Legal Secretary. Then in
1995 she returned to Don Bettez Real Estate, Inc. as a full-time Office Manager and part-time Sales Associate.

Debbie's extensive administrative background, as well as diversified duties and interaction with people, has been an asset in her position as Office Administrator. Her vast knowledge of real estate and ease in dealing with customers, clients, attorneys, town officials and builders alike is what makes Debbie such a success.
