Jim Gannon

I was born and brought up in Lowell, MA and moved into New Hampshire in 1965. I worked in the electronics field from 1958 to 1971 when I first entered Real Estate. After a couple of years, I went back into the electronics industry and sold real estate part time until I retired.

I am very happy to be back in the real estate business full-time now and am especially proud to be a part of Innovative Realty. Innovative's technical approach to the business along with a truly team effort is the best available to serve the needs of buyers and sellers alike. I was educated in Massachusetts and earned an Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering, a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering. I also hold a Masters in Business Administration. From New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University).

I live in Nashua with my wife Carole. I'm an avid golfer, and I also teach in the Masters program at Rivier College. I look forward to serving your real estate needs whether you are buying or selling. No sale is too small or too big; I treat all the same. It's often said that the three most important things in real estate are LOCATION, LOCATION, and LOCATION. That may be true, but in the real estate business, the most important thing to me is customer satisfaction!
