Why Innovative New Homes?
Most people who buy a newly constructed home assume that the construction is high quality and satisfies all building codes. Unfortunately, that isn’t always the case, and what’s worse, most buyers can’t tell.
That’s why Innovative Realty has established the Innovative Approved Builder Seal program. Before we agree to market new construction, the homebuilder must meet our standards of quality and of customer service. Those standards include:
- Homes are built to The National Home Builders Association’s Residential Construction Performance Guidelines.
- Building materials and products (appliances, furnaces. fixtures, etc) carry manufacturer’s warranties and are backed up by the builder.
- The builder has a track record for addressing warranty issues promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction
- The builder has a track record for preparing a punch list and following up on punch-list items promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction
- The builder is specific about every facet of the home’s construction and that everything is in writing.
- The builder participates in the Energy Star program, and his homes are Energy Star certified.
Because we insist upon these standards, you can be assured that your dream home won’t become a nightmare down the road.
